Our Story

Mosaica Travel Co. was born from a shared love of place, culture, and connection.

Ömer and I have been together for nearly fifteen years—bridging two worlds from the very beginning. He grew up in Türkiye, deeply rooted in its language, traditions, and rhythms of daily life. I’m from the United States, and over the years, Türkiye became not just a destination for me, but a second home.

What began as visits to see family slowly transformed into something deeper. I fell in love with the warmth of Turkish hospitality, the layers of history woven into everyday streets, the way meals stretch long into the evening, and how stories are shared as generously as food. Ömer watched me experience his country with fresh eyes—and together, we began to see Türkiye as it truly is: complex, beautiful, welcoming, and often misunderstood.

Mosaica Travel Co. grew from that shared perspective.

Why Mosaica

We chose the name Mosaica because it reflects how we see travel—and how we see Türkiye.

Like a mosaic, this country is made up of countless pieces: ancient civilizations, sacred traditions, regional cuisines, landscapes shaped by time, and people whose warmth leaves a lasting impression. No single experience tells the whole story. It’s the layering of moments—sunlight on stone, conversations over tea, flavors passed down through generations—that creates something meaningful.

Our journeys are designed the same way: thoughtfully assembled, rich in detail, and deeply intentional.
